From the beginning, I feel that the care team is like a family and that Twin Lakes Manor is like a home.  They genuinely care about my mom and her quality of life. 

 

They have been extremely careful with covid-19 protocols while still allowing me to visit with my mom, which I greatly appreciate.  I know my mom is safe there and she is comfortable and happy with the care she receives.  I have a good relationship with the management and staff and feel that we are a team in caring for my mom.

Twin Lakes Manor and their staff have been absolutely wonderful to work with. The assisted living community is personal, the property is beautiful with a nice big back yard for walking and enjoying. Most of all I have appreciated the prompt communication they provide to make sure I am aware of any needs the people in my care may have.
